Each curated piercing appointment allows enough time for check-in, jewelry selection, piercing services, and a review of after-care. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may not be accommodated and you may be charged the the service fee.
In-Studio Piercing services are offered by appointment and piercing service fees are charged at the time of your scheduled appointment.

** Once you make your appointment, you will receive an email asking you to submit your Waiver / Release / Consent to Procedure form. Please submit your Waiver Form in advance of your appointment, so appointment time can be allocated to check-in, selection and your service. Please check your spam folder.

Please note that Peterson MADE has age requirements by piercing, and requires the signed Waiver / Release / Consent to Procedure for both Adults & Minors, along with valid proof of identification. Also note that all piercings are anatomy dependent.

Parent(s) or Court-Appointed Legal Guardian(s) must sign for any participating minor (those under 18 years of age) and agree that they and the minor are subject to all the terms of the Waiver / Release / Consent form.
**PHYSICAL COPIES OF STATE OR FEDERALLY ISSUED PHOTO IDENTIFICATION / ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT**
Failure to bring physical copies of the required identification / documents to your appointment will result in cancellation of your appointment, and your service fee will be charged to your card on file.
If you are 18 years or older:you must have a state or federally issued photo ID, such as a drivers license, passport, military ID, or an ID issued by the DMV.
Minors 5 years – 17 years: acceptable identification includes a passport, a state issued drivers license, or a birth certificate
A minor MUST have a Parent or Legal Guardian present at all times during the procedure.
Note that parents / minors must have matching last names or addresses that match [on the IDs].
Legal Guardians must have a court order or letter of guardianship signed by a judge. matching documentation.
Acceptable documentation:
Adults (18 years +) : A state or federally issued photo ID, such as a drivers license, passport, military ID, or an ID issued by the DMV.
Minors ( 5 years – 17 years): birth certificate OR a passport, or state issued drivers license
Legal Guardians: Photo ID & a court order or letter of guardianship signed by a judge.
* Eat a nutritious snack at least 2 hours before your piercing.
* Do not drink caffeine the morning of piercing
* Do not drink alcohol at least 24 hours before piercing
* Drink plenty of water and get a good nights rest the night before
All piercing services are performed with a sterile single-use piercing needle; piercing needles are sharp and hollow, allowing for the safest, more gentle and artful piercing experience; all piercing tools are single-use disposable, and/or sterilized in an autoclave.
No guns or push-style devices are ever used at Peterson MADE. We are professionally trained and certified, with experience gained at one of the top piercing schools in the USA, along with additional apprentice training with top educators and active professional studio piercers in Arizona, Utah, and New Hampshire.
